Yes. We inspect the existing timber structure, replace damaged rafters or beams and reinforce the roof truss structurally. The proven original substance is preserved and your roof regains its lasting load-bearing capacity.
Very much so. Timber is light, load-bearing and prefabricated – ideal for extensions and added storeys, as it places little extra strain on the existing structure. On-site assembly is fast and clean.
That depends on size and complexity. We prefabricate many elements, which speeds up assembly on site – a typical single-family roof truss is usually erected within a few days. We confirm a binding schedule in the quote.
